ERG International Group offers solutions to the challenges related to obtaining affordable financing for large infrastructure investments.
We have in-house finance and legal teams based in the UK and Switzerland, with expertise in investment banking, commercial finance, and project finance. Working in partnership with a wide range of lenders, including export credit agencies, commercial and development banks, and bilateral and multilateral institutions, we structure and manage financing for large infrastructure projects.
Our in-house specialists have structured award-winning transactions with an aggregate value exceeding USD 20 billion, applying EPC-F, PPP, BOT and similar structures.
Design
Internal competence in design services, value engineering and project management.
We place the utmost importance on environmental and social aspects, quality assurance, and information management systems. All projects are executed in compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
Our design capabilities are reinforced by our consulting and engineering firm SSB Sauerwein & Schaefer.
Construction
ERG International Group applies state-of-the-art construction processes to execute sustainable and comprehensive projects in sectors including energy, water and transport .
Most projects are carried out by our own civil engineering divisions, helping to reduce costs and improve delivery times without compromising quality.
Machinery
Pİ Makina is our wholly owned subsidiary that manufactures custom-made heavy construction machinery (loaders, excavators, cranes, etc.) and trucks (4x4, 6x6, heavy cargo transporters) that have been widely used by public and private clients, including equipment supplied for projects involving United Nations entities.
We enjoy direct access to high-quality machinery, vehicles, manufactured parts, and systems across a broad product range, leveraging our relationship with Pi Makina for equipment sourcing on current and future projects.
Operation and Maintenance
We optimise our design and execution during the construction phase to ensure profitable and efficient operation throughout asset's lifespan, implementing rigorous testing, commissioning and handover procedures for smooth transition to operational phase, efficient performance and ongoing maintenance.
Our asset maintenance teams are actively involved in the project design development stages, ensuring long-term sustainability of the assets.
